During my stay, I was thoroughly impressed with the service at the hotel. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even brought me coffee while I worked in the lobby and engaged in friendly conversation. The bar area was a great place to unwind in the evening, and I particularly enjoyed the billiard table in the entertainment section. The hotel's location was also ideal, being close to the city center and offering convenient parking options.

Conveniently located on Königsallee with parking and direct lift access. Comfortable rooms with separate sink/vanity and spacious shower. Organic and delicious breakfast, along with unique theater-style design and warm service. Excellent amenities include 24-hour bar, guests room with guitars, bike rental, and thoughtful touches like separate shampoo and conditioner options.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location of the hotel is superb, as it is within walking distance of the city center and close to the train station. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The hotel itself is stunning, with a modern interior that exudes elegance and sophistication. The staff were exceptional, providing top-notch service from the moment I arrived. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay.

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the beautiful lobby, bar, and breakfast room. the staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also loved the clean and spacious hotel room, with a great shower that provided a refreshing start to our day. the hotel's key location allowed us easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas.

the room we had was quite small and felt cramped, making it a bit challenging to maneuver around with our luggage.

We loved the trendy and stylish design of Ruby Leni Hotel. The interior and exterior were beautifully executed. Our room on the fourth floor was peaceful and quiet, with no noise from neighboring rooms. The rainfall shower head in the shower provided a luxurious experience, and the bed was comfy. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to Königsallee and the Christmas markets. Plus, there was a great breakfast place nearby. our stay was exactly what we had hoped for and we would definitely choose Ruby Leni Hotel again.

This hotel is in a prime location, right at the center of the city, making it convenient for exploring. there are several restaurants close by, offering a variety of dining options. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms feature a unique design with glass showers. The staff is generally polite and helpful, providing a positive service experience.

The lack of hot food options for breakfast and the absence of a fridge in the room can be disappointing.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the unique and stylish decor of the rooms and bar. The bar area provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a drink at reasonable prices. The breakfast buffet, although expensive, was excellent. The location of the hotel was very convenient, surrounded by coffee shops and a supermarket, yet still quiet.

We felt so well taken care of during our stay at Ruby Leni Hotel Dusseldorf. Nothing to complain about!
